(Yes Richie, I love You Tube for music videos!)

My First Car

1970 Plymouth Duster, Slant 6. Bought it for $200. This isn't my picture, but my car was exactly the same except I had a white vinal roof. Great shape too. I remember starting it up and running it in my back yard before I had my license. I'd just sit in it and pretend I was driving. I wish I still had it...

Happy Halloween!

Horror Icons

Hollywood horror icons. The 3 originators that forever made history. Bela Lugosi as Dracula, Boris Karloff as Frankenstein and The Mummy, and of course Lon Chaney Jr. as The Wolfman. True legends of classic horror.

Big Red's Notebook

Here's a link to a great old booklet from our friends at Permatex. Check it out, it's got some cool info.

Big Red's Notebook

Best Song Ever

One of my all time favorites. No one does it like Dusty...(Not sure about the hair though...)

No Love?

You got Frankenstein, Wolfman, and the Mummy, but what about this guy? Nobody ever shows any love for Creetch! Maybe it's because he's kinda like Aquaman........

Hell Ride

It's out today. If you're into cheesey biker flics, check it out. Written and directed by Larry Bishop, and co-produced by Quentin Tarantino.

Master of Horror

The one and only Vincent Price. May 27, 1911 – October 25, 1993. He starred in many great (and now classic) movies like House of Wax, The Fly, House on Haunted Hill (the originals), The Abominable Dr. Phibes, The House of Usher, The Pit and the Pendulum, The Last Man on Earth, as well as numerous television and radio appearances. Truely one of the greats.

Best Costume Ever

What would you get if you crossed the 2 Supreme Ultra-Beings in the Universe, Jesus and Chuck Norris? Only Messiah, Texas Ranger! If this isn't the best costume ever, I don't know what is. Great job Cole!!

Eat "your vegetables"

Flattrack Rules

I love this picture. Wish I knew how to edit better

Go Here

This blog exists because of Richie and his blog. It originally started as a joke name for his blog after talking about writing under water (long story). Check out his blog, it's chock full o-goodness!

Something a little different for you.

The Big Three

The Big Three of slasher movies: Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, and Jason Voorhees. Who reigns supreme you ask? Well let me tell you. (all numbers mostly accurate give or take a couple)

Freddy Krueger: 8 Movies, 40 kills

Michael Myers: 7 Movies, 74 kills

Jason Voorhees: 11 Movies, 154 kills

Baddest homocidal maniac of slasher flics? JASON VOORHEES!

Not only is he my favorite slasher mass murderer, but he's got the kill count to prove it. Jason is such a power house in the slasher genre, that there's even a 12th movie coming out in 2009.

Hybrid Indeed

Misfits = Danzig. That is all

Why the Hell not?

Well why the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks not?! Everybody else is doing it, so why shouldn't I?

Let's have a blog!
So you can go and die!
Let's have a blog!
We could all use the money!
Let's have a blog!
We need the space!
Let's have a blog!
Clean out this place!

(Sung to Fear's "Let's Have a War")

What's gonna be here? I dunno, whatever I feel like spouting off about. Bikes, cars, my current disposition, what the kids are wearing these days, how to replace a leaky faucet, trying to find out where I left my house keys, what's better Coke or Pepsi (Coke, clearly).... whatever I'm in the mood for. .
